Messages Tile
This topic is intended for Independent pharmacies only and is not applicable to Rexall pharmacies.
The Messages tile contains:

Communications sent to your pharmacy from PTS.

Archive Rules for Read and Unread Messages
To ensure peak performance, both read and unread messages in the Messages tile will be auto-archived after a certain number of days. See the table below for more information.
All messages will be available for a minimum of 3 months, unless moved into a sub-folder or into the Archive folder.
